What he didn’t expect was, that, now that he’s dead, he’s back to his innocent self (the one before using the Note) and everything that happened after he used the Death Note is something he remembers in a third person perspective.Agonizing over all the people he killed, feeling guilty for killing people he considered friends, the genius now spends his time as a ghost, unable to affect the mortal world, unable to do anything. Years later, after drifting through the world and learning how to touch and move things, he meets and child, a small boy, with dark, unruly hair and dark, wide eyes. Recognising the child as L, Raito decides to stay with the small genius to protect him. What he didn't expect was, that the boy was able to see him and, as he grows older, 'L' grows also more and more protective of his 'gaurdian angel'. (What could be used here is a grown up Near, etc.)

Just as the final conflict between L and Kira seems unavoidable, something most unexpected happens: One of Kira's victims doesn't die. Tension rises between Light and Ryuk, but both Rem and Ryuk don't know how the Death Note could have failed. Then someone sends a suspicious e-mail to L, and another one to Light, though how it was done are also suspiciously unknown. Both e-mails say roughly the same thing: someone is out to get them both, to stop the two Kira's and keep their means - the Death Notes - secret. Though there is, like in the messages written by some of Kira's first victims (you know... "L did you know" "Gods of death" "love apples"), a hidden message into those e-mails. Light's is a warning and a death threat, L's is a clue to who this person is. In fact, as there are gods of death, there are also their opposite: angels. Light and L join forces, though unwillingly at first, to take down this new enemy who possesses a means of countering the Death Note: the Life Note (or something like that).

He enjoys the difficult games and, as their complexity increases, he starts to get more and more ambitious – at least where games are considered. One day, the flood of games simply stops and Matt, annoyed that there are no new games, starts to look for Kira. Raito has gotten bored with programming and stops creating new ones, since he now has more than enough cash. He is looking for a new hobby to occupy himself with - or, at least he does until a red-haired boy shows up on his doorstep, demanding he continue to create games…

Sort of AU, I just want Matt and Mello to meet when their 16 or older. Basically, Matt falls head over heels in love with a girl. Which scares him, since he's never felt this way before. What scares him more is that it turns out -she's a boy! What scares him even more is that that little fact doesn't make his feelings for Mello go away. A story about Matt coming to terms with being in love with a boy (I don't care if you make him gay, although I'm under the opinion he's bisexual) and soon after trying to win Mello's heart. And Mello's...Mello, and it's not going to be that easy. The other characters are you're to play around with, if you want. MattxMello, of course, in that order (seme/uke)...that's it. ^ ^

Watari is their permenant foster father. Well, basically B starts lusting after his brother's gorgeous, smart boyfriend, and eventually decides to one up L -who's always been better than him at everything -by sleeping with Raito. Raito has not yet 'put out' for L, so getting Raito to sleep with him, fall in love with him, when they're not even dating is a huge task in itself. Thus the wooing begins. BxRaito and LxRaito (seme/uke) and it's up to you who poor Raito falls for in the end. ^ ^
